Therapies

• Lowen Systems - Lowen Systems Dynamic Manual Interface uses the body's own self-corrective mechanisms to achieve harmony & balance. This is Frank Lowen's own original work. When the body has used up its ability to compensate, our goal is to listen for what the body is trying to do and assist it through treatment.
• Cranial Sacral Therapy - Involves the membranes of the brain and spinal cord and affects how the cranial sacral rhythm is translated through the meninges out to the body.
• Lymph Drainage - is a manual drainage of the lymph system. Restriction of lymph flow is relieved especially in cases of congestion, swelling, edema and lymph node/vessel removal. Fluid has weight and causes pressure. Relieving this pressure often relieves the pain associated with the pressure.
• Reflexology - is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to organs in the body. Stimulating these reflexes increases circulation & breaks up congestion in the associated area. It is also very helpful to relieve foot pain & tension.
